| By submitting your order to Custom Paper Point, you are accepting and becoming a party to the following agreement: |

All orders will be fully completed after being paid for. |
| 2 |
The revision request for a paper must be made within 7 days from delivery of the paper to client. Once the 7 days period has lapsed, a revision fee will be applicable. |

Once the paper is assigned to a writer, the amount is non-refunable due to our contractual liability to pay our writers upfront. This clause is not applicable to cases where plagiarism is proved for any specific paper. |

All assignments and tasks are to be used for educational purposes only. If material sent by Custom Paper Point is being utilized for any other purpose, then the company is not liable for the misuse. |
| 5 |
All orders will be delivered on time via e-mail, and the customer is to make sure that their orders do not go into junk/spam mail. |
| 6 |
Grading of papers is not guanteed as it is a subjective notion that varies from person to person and therefore depends upon the evaluation of the teacher/supervisor. |

The abusing of documents will be considered a serious offense, and will be reported. |

Failure of completing a task will result in a full refund. |
| 9 |
All the information provided by the customer is kept extremely confidential. |

All papers are 100% customized, and are only used once. |
